An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join a respected consultancy in Cheltenham. The successful Senior Town Planner will be working as part of an experienced team, delivering expert planning advice to their clients including retailers, developers and local authorities and working on exciting and challenging projects within the residential, commercial and renewable energy sectors.

Qualifications:

In this instance applications are sought from candidates with extensive planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment, and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI (or working towards this).

Responsibilities:

Within the role the successful Senior Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
