An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Town Planner to join an award winning multi-disciplinary consultancy as part of their Winchester offices. Their town planning team work closely alongside the company's internal Master Planners, Urban Designers and Architects to deliver a variety of projects within the residential, commercial, education, retail and leisure sectors.

Qualifications and Experience:

In this instance applications are sought from candidates who are Chartered Members of the RTPI, have a minimum of three years' experience in the sector, preferably within a consultancy environment, and who have a proven track record of leading successful planning projects, preparing policy presentations and preparing proposals.

Within the role the successful Senior Town Planner will be:

Preparing planning, listed building consent and certificates of lawfulness applicationsPreparing planning policy appraisalsSupporting the coordination of multi-disciplinary teams in the preparation of integrated planning design and access statements and environmental statementsAssisting the preparation of written representation appealsAddress various development management queriesPreparing research articlesIn return the company are offering:
