Their team is dedicated to delivering excellence in town planning and is seeking a talented Senior Town Planner to join them in driving forward innovative solutions that enhance the quality of life in our region.

As a Senior Town Planner, you will play a key role in leading and managing the planning process. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in the field, ideally with experience in Development Management within the private sector. Your expertise will contribute to the successful delivery of projects that align with our commitment to sustainable development.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning process for a range of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

Provide expert advice on planning matters to clients and internal stakeholders.

Oversee the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals, and other planning documents.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Stay abreast of changes in planning legislation and policy, providing guidance to the team.

Requirements:

6-8+ years of experience in town planning.

Proven experience in Development Management, ideally within the private sector.

Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and manage projects from inception to completion.

The salary is negotiable and can be discussed in an interview or upon application, our client is also open to someone who is looking for part-time.
