As they continue to expand their presence in the beauty industry, I'm seeking a creative and dynamic Senior TikTok Content Creator to join the business.

As a Senior TikTok Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, responsible for creating engaging and trend-setting content that showcases our products and reflects the brands ethos. This role is ideal for someone with deep understanding of the beauty industry and a knack for staying ahead of the latest trends.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging TikTok content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Generate engaging beauty-related content, including tutorials, product showcases, challenges, and lifestyle content. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and beauty industry developments to ensure our content remains relevant and on-trend. Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate current trends into content strategies. Community Engagement: Foster a sense of community by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and collaborating with other TikTok creators. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. Collaborations: Identify and collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach on TikTok. Participate in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with overall brand strategy. Analytics and Optimization: Analyze performance metrics to track the success of content and continuously optimize strategies for maximum reach and engagement. Requirements:

3 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and TikTok marketing. Strong understanding of beauty industry trends and a passion for cosmetics. Proficient in video editing and content creation tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.
