AWE is looking for a Senior Talent and Development Consultant to join our HR function.
As a Senior Talent and Development Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting, developing and implementing talent and development initiatives to achieve our business objectives. This role requires a proven talent specialist who is proactive and highly specialised and can engage and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Location - Reading / Basingstoke area
Package - 43,310 - 55,000 (depending on your suitability and level of experience)

Provide professional knowledge and skills in the talent management field for our customersSupport in the full end-to-end talent process including assessment and programme development and some deliveryDeliver psychometrics and their associated feedback sessions to colleagues on talent programmes Work with the talent team to identify trends, carry out organisation wide research and learning needs analysis (LNA) and help them to drive and create a culture of learningEvaluate all talent programmes and talent assessment initiatives with a view to improving future offeringsDeliver the central talent agenda and help to embed within the businessWork with a range of HR colleagues such as HRBPs to ensure the talent management processes are applied consistently across the business.Proactively work with colleagues in the function to increase capability through education, learning interventions, coaching and development as appropriateIncrease leadership capability and growth mindset through use of development channels and coaching

This job role is suitable for hybrid working, which is an informal, non-contractual and voluntary arrangement, blending a balance of attendance in the workplace (your permanent duty station) and working from home as a personal choice.
