Asset management leader is looking for a Senior Environment & Energy Management Sustainability Consultant to join a team of 35 professionals in a global organisation with 39k employees worldwide.

UK-based travel is an integral part of this role, with flexibility regarding the preferred location, ideally Manchester, Leeds, or London.

Role

This role involves implementing and maintaining environmental and energy management systems, supporting business development, and providing compliance advice. It requires a degree in Environmental Management, ISO certification, property sector experience, and knowledge of sustainability data.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the ISO 14001 service line, including system development, implementation, and business development activities.

Assisting the ISO 50001 service line, with a focus on system development.

Offering comprehensive environmental and energy compliance advice in line with UK environmental legislation.

Delivery of training materials, talks and formal EMS/EnMS training sessions.

Qualifications:

Possession of a BSc Degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, or an equivalent field.

Internal ISO 14001 auditor certification.

Relevant experience in the property sector.

A minimum of 3 years of hands-on environmental management experience.

Proficiency in handling sustainability data, including energy, water, waste, and carbon metrics.
