Senior Surveyor, Renewables Sector (MRICS) Location Southern UK

Macallam Talent Resourcing is looking for an qualified RICS Senior Surveyor with rural and land management expertise. This role is nationwide based from home but will have access to UK wide offices.

Would you like to be involved in some of the most innovative and exciting energy and land projects in the UK? Working with the Senior Partner in providing technical support and management across the business, including Framework contracts, together with feasibility studies and acquisitions for Major Energy and Renewables projects.

Role and Responsibilities:

Technical management of Land and Estate projects and support the team servicing Framework contracts. Providing technical guidance and direction on land acquisition, planning regulation, valuation and compensation in the delivery of projects across the UK. Management of Major Projects, including operational reviews, client engagement and commercial control. Mentoring and coaching of other members of the team. Potential opportunity to provide support for ARICS and APC candidates. Maintain and develop existing and new client relationships. Requirements:

RICS accreditation or profession relevant degree and/or experience in a relevant role with the level of the position RICS Registered Valuer is esirable CAAV is desirable Technical and Professional knowledge and experience associated with the role Able to analyse problems and identify solutions Good communication skills, both written and oral at all levels A full driving licence All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
