My client is looking for a relationship-focused end-to-end supply chain expert who thrives when faced with challenges and has a strong collaborative approach. The position would be based in their head office located in West London, working 2-3 days from the office.

About the position:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships, and work to drive benefits to both the company and the customers.Drive conversations with customers and internal teams with the end-to-end supply chain focus, from supply chain planning and sourcing, to manufacturing and fulfilment.Create and drive strategic objectives to support growth and innovation, and deliver improvements to quality, cost, and service levels.Support cross-functional teams with driving forecast accuracy to reflect customer demands.

About the role:

8+ years of experience in a similar role, with great understanding the end-to-end supply chain (procurement, supply chain planning, logistics and customer service)Confident analytical skills with ability to break down large sets of data and share insightAbility to work in a fast pace, dynamic and rapidly changing environments, on a global scale.Proactive in taking the lead and finding solutions to problems that have been identified.Strong communication skills and experience in liaising with different internal and external stakeholders across EMEA regions (suppliers, clients/accounts/customers).Pod Talent are independent specialist recruiters in the Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing and R&D space covering roles internationally from entry to board level.
