My client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join their growing team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. Role & Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and configurations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and industry trends to recommend and implement best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing timely and effective solutions

Skills & Qualifications

Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visual Force Salesforce Certified Experience managing/mentoring junior team members
