The opportunity on offer is to join the brands flagship office which already produces north of GBP1.2 Million a year in billings across sales and lettings. Due to exponential growth this brand are looking to a Senior Sales Negotiator to this already high performing office. You will familiarise yourself with an already existing database, build relationships and generate new business. This could be via valuation leads, viewings, negotiating offers and canvassing.

The company are renowned for their long-term relationship building, customer service levels and professional presence within east London. Your role would be vital to build on this already outstanding name. Your office makes up one of 4 within the brands name.

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of up to GBP27,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of GBP60,000. Full driver's license and car needed with this position. Working pattern is 5 day working weeks, working every Saturday with a day off in the week.
