Accompanied Viewings: You will lead property viewings for potential buyers from their existing database and attend to incoming phone inquiries. Vendor Feedback: Providing valuable feedback to their clients, ensuring excellent customer service and building strong relationships. Keep in Contact: Staying connected with all vendors, keeping them updated on property progress and market trends. You'll act as the liaison between solicitors, vendors, and purchasers, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction. MRI Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MRI software is a must, empowering you to streamline operations and excel in your role. Efficient Record-Keeping: Ensuring all new instructions and viewings are accurately recorded to maintain organised processes. Creative Sales Brochures: Preparing visually captivating sales brochures, and inputting them into MRI software before bringing properties to the market AML Compliance: Thoroughly adhering to Anti-Money Laundering regulations, promoting ethical practices. Weekly Progress Meetings: Collaborate with your line manager to discuss ongoing progress, celebrate achievements, and identify areas for growth.
