This is a fantastic opportunity for exceptional Sales Managers to join our dynamic team based in our Surbiton office in Surrey. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual who will play a pivotal role in driving property supply and sales, while surpassing revenue targets. As the Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire our talented sales team, while crafting and implementing effective sales strategies to ensure our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
To ensure the office has a strong register of stock Lead, coach and inspire negotiators to achieve their KPI s Promote a culture of success in the team Maintaining daily meetings and call out structures to drive overall performance To ensure the office is on target and in profit Monitor the pipeline to ensure success Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, providing excellent customer service through the sales process Negotiate sales and close deals with potential buyers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner Analyse and value listings If you aspire to work and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience in estate agency sales Track record in property valuations Own vehicle and full UK driving licence Customer service excellence Property industry experience Be a people person and have attention to detail Familiar with the use of IT systems A desire to excel in the sales industry
Location: Surbiton, Surrey
Basic salary GBP27,000 - GBP38,000
OTE GBP55,000
