Senior Sales Consultant

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Abingdon retail team as a Senior Sales Consultant, supporting the Manager on the projects and team initiatives to contribute to the success of the the Experience Centre.

In this role you will be

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will undertake a Sales Consultant role, selling and advising customers in the selection and purchase of Miele appliances, promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand. In addition to this you will deputise in the Managers absence and support in leading projects and change initiatives that support the success of the Experience Centre

You will be IT literate and be able to use systems to produce quotes and advise on product information and availability.

Working as a team you will strive to hit sales targets for both yourself and the team. You will be involved in events and hosting visitors to the Experience Centre, working closely with marketing colleagues and our Chefs to deliver excellent customer experience.

Previous sales experience in a customer facing role is essential, previous supervisory experience would be an advantage.
