We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting sales opportunities to join our International Division. This area is a key growth area for the Concept Group and represents the chance to become either one of the biggest billers in the company or grow and lead a division.
Focused on both permanent recruitment of C-Level/Leadership/Sales and Professional Service individuals within the Software sector, covering Americas, EMEA, APAC and emerging markets.

Profile:
You will have a min. of 2 (or 4+ years if Senior) years recruitment experience, gained as a specialist within the international market - experience in the sales market highly beneficial. You will be self-motivated with the ambition and drive to develop a strong market presence. You should be able to demonstrate success through achievement against previous revenue targets and development of business relationships (both candidates and clients). You must have ability for business development, key account management and delivery.
Must be a confident communicator, someone who can build a rapport quickly and enjoy talking to a diverse portfolio of people, be willing to undertake business development, negotiations, and objection handling.Ensure the candidate experience is first class from the outset, ensuring you are sourcing and networking to secure the best talent for your clients.Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-orientated environment.Be able to multi-task and be highly organised.Have a strong and confident telephone etiquette and be able to build and maintain long-standing relationships with senior leaders.Understanding of Executive Search processes.Understanding of the technology/software sector.Track record in international recruitment, or a strong technology recruitment background with a keenness to explore the international market.Understanding and constructive use of KPIs to achieve results.Ability to manage and plan successfully across different time zones.The Package
