We are hiring for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to grow a team in our Energy space; this role will be working within a team of experts in the field and growing the division with a clear career path for the successful individual.
Based in brand new 5 offices, outside of Port-Solent. Work/Life balance is a priority so we offer flexible working and a hybrid setup, working from home and the office. (4 days in the office, 1 day at home).

Key Requirements:
You are passionate about the Energy recruitment sector and finding niche talent in a competitive market.
You see it as critical to partner with others (within and outside the team) to achieve great things and can apply creativity to solve complex recruitment problems.
You may have led small or large teams, focused on experienced recruitment campaigns and recruitment processes that scale up talent pipelines.
You appreciate the importance of mentoring others to build their technical skills and develop their careers.
You recognise that data is a critical component to operational efficiency and continuously challenging the status quo as a way to get the best results.
You are tenacious and pride yourself on having a growth mindset that you can instill in others
