We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Glasgow office! Reporting to the Business Manager, as a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for developing the business by attracting quality candidates and effectively matching them to clients.
Salary: 26,000+ (negotiable, based on previous experience)

Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador for the office and the company Analyse, monitor and deliver on key metrics and KPIs for the branch Follow market trends and development, translating these into a market plan for your desk Meet with clients face-to-face to identify opportunities and qualify the requirements of roles Discuss the roles and responsibilities of jobs with candidates, ensuring that they understand their assignment
Career Requirements
Proven work experience as a recruitment consultant or senior recruitment consultant In-depth knowledge of recruiting processes and methodologies Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
