Our specialism is perm recruitment in the engineering sectors. Our recent success has allowed for expansion and we are now in a position to take on 2 Senior Consultants. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you must have the desire to grow the business and lead from the front.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing a proven desk that generated over 100,000 in perm revenue last year. Maximising the return on clients who are working with us. Successfully converting new business, whilst maintaining a great customer service for existing clients. Hitting and surpassing financial targets. Being able to always show a winning attitude. Develop an excellent relationship with candidates. Mentor junior consultants to help them achieve their full potential. Multi-task whilst maintaining high standards. To be successful in this role you will:

Excel under pressure, whilst keeping organised and focused. Have a positive attitude at all times. 24+ Months recruitment experience Be motivated and ambitious with a drive to succeed. Consistently deliver in a target driven industry. Display a proven track record of success. Have excellent communication skills. What you will get from us:
