Leverage your recruitment experience to understand client requirements and candidate profiles. Account Management, ensuring existing client accounts are looked after and unearthing opportunities for further growth New Business Sales, utilising networking and lead generation/follow up to secure accounts with businesses in the target areas to provide support with their recruitment needs. Regular visits to both exisiting and potential clients Support and act as a mentor to both Trainee Consultants and Consultants within the business. Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with iRecruit UK's values. Involvment in indentifying areas of the business for growth, targets, etc. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant is essential. A background in one of more of the following sectors would be highly desirable; Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Distribution or Construction. However we would also be open to hearing from candidates with experience in other industries that are seeking a change. Sales focussed and self motivated with an appetite for success. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for building meaningful relationships with colleagues, clients and candidates.
