This role will be focused on the northwest of England, and you'll be based in the Greater Manchester area. Your salary will range from 25,000 to 40,000, depending on your experience, with significant potential for progression and high earnings.

WHAT IS YOUR YOUR ROLE:
As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll have the autonomy to expand our presence in the northwest of England, covering key cities like Manchester and Liverpool. This is a 360-degree role that allows you to use your creativity to establish Smile Education in schools, including Primary, Secondary, and SEN.
Your success in this role will depend on your resilience and communication skills. Building genuine relationships is key to your success. You should be determined, self-motivated, and goal-oriented, with problem-solving abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
You'll have the flexibility to work from home and access a hot desk in the Manchester area.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and lead the growth of our business in the northwest of England.Build relationships with schools using various business development tools.Meet set KPIs and targets on a weekly basis with support from your team.Recruit staff using various techniques, including writing job adverts, online sourcing, creating a strong online presence, and headhunting.Conduct interviews with candidates, both virtually and in person.Collaborate with the compliance and admin team to ensure candidates are fully qualified for their roles.Act proactively and promptly to meet your clients' vacancy requirements.
ARE YOU IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE?
Previous recruitment experience, especially in temporary positions, is preferred.You should be tenacious and resilient.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with people at all levels.Comfortable working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.An inquisitive nature with experience in asking open-ended questions.A commitment to proactive self-motivation and reliability.Professional, sociable, and friendly demeanour.A stable work history with the ability to explain reasons for leaving previous positions.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR WORKING HOURS?
During term time: 7 am - 5 pm (with a 4 pm finish on Fridays).
After probation, hours will be 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
During school holidays: 9 am - 3:30 pm.
