Job DescriptionSenior Property Services ManagerOverview:As a Senior Property Services Manager within our Lettings Support Centre, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading multiple property management departments. Your role will focus on managing and optimising operational processes, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, and driving performance excellence within a customer–focused environment.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management: Mentor, motivate, and develop a team of direct reports, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set clear objectives, provide guidance, and conduct regular reviews to drive high performance. Operational Oversight: Oversee and optimise operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.Implement best practices and innovative strategies to streamline workflows and enhance customer satisfaction. Customer–Focused Approach: Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service standards.Champion a customer–centric culture across all teams. Performance Management: Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to enhance team and individual performance. Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a property management or lettings environment.
