The Senior Project Manager Opportunity:

As Dragonfish continues to evolve and grow, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. Your role goes beyond managing projects, it's a chance to be at the heart of our innovative approach, blending strategic project management with Project Management Office (PMO) development, to drive sustainable growth and meaningful work.

You will be a key client contact representing every component of our offer, your guidance will not only drive success but also enhance our client s overall journey. You ll ensure alignment with client agreements and organisational objectives. You ll have a direct impact on the financial health of projects by conducting financial reviews to assess project performance and viability.

You ll need to prioritise time for PMO development amidst ongoing project deadlines. You understand how effectively managing client satisfaction, through successful project management, you will contribute to YOY income growth, always ensuring output is right first time .

About you:

+ At least 5 years experience in project management, including large-scale transformation in varied environments

+ Comfortable delivering core project management requirements on high-stakes projects

+ Passionate about mentoring direct reports and the wider team

+ Commercially aware and detail oriented

+ An effective problem solver, able to highlight project risks and opportunities

+ Excellent communication skills able to flex your style depending on the situation

+ Able to navigate internal resources, building credibility and stakeholder relationships
