Trevett Services have an exciting opportunity for a MEP Senior Project Manager to join our client based in Jersey. This is a full time, permanent role with ample opportunity.

Our client will assist with relocation to Jersey.

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for the management of mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects from conceptual design to final handover to the PPM teams.

You will be working on a variety of Commercial buildings, Schools, Local Authority & office buildings.

MEP projects including;

Estimating, procurement and cost control; Design, specification and contract management; Resource management; Quality control, commissioning & certification; Health and Safety management; Record drawings & O&M manuals; Qualifications:

Technically competent across a range of mechanical, electrical and plumbing services;

• Competent/experienced trades person with a good understanding of general building services/activities.

• Trade qualifications and/or time served experience;

• Proven people management experience;

• Be a responsible employer, ensuring adherence to high standards of Health and Safety and compliance with Company Policies at all times;

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to build trust with employees and clients. Experience working within FM You will need to have an enhanced DBS check which we are able to process for you.
