Facilitate Search is partnering with one of the UK's largest FM service providers to source a Senior Project Manager to work on a prestigious contract in the Reading Area

You will be responsible for the delivery of M&E and Fabric works. Works will include refurbishments, replacements, lifecycle & upgrades. Ensures that the project is delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality & regulatory standards. Applicants will be experienced project managers having delivered projects up to 4 million (preferred, not essential). FM experience would be beneficial.
