Job Description

Experience of dealing with major planning applications including residential projects over 10 units and also larger scale applications over 50 units (reserved matters and outlines), major commercial and/or other complex or controversial projects.

Experience of EIA development if possible.

Experience of the above with pre-application enquires.

Experience of discharge of planning conditions and post decision enquires.

Required to present their applications to Planning Committee therefore experience in this regard is essential.

Good communications skills and proactive approach are imperative. Excellent breadth of planning experience and ability to independently lead projects.

Part remote need to do site visits and possibly ad-hoc developer meetings dependent on projects being handled (most are MS Teams but we need some flexibility). Attendance at planning committees for their applications.
