The role will be challenging but rewarding, providing an opportunity for the right candidate to work with a fantastic range of clients on a wide variety of projects.
You will be a key point of contact for clients, delivering expert planning advice and managing a varied project workload, including projects across the UK in the commercial, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use sectors. You will manage and build relationships with new and existing clients, enabling the business to continue to thrive and grow.
The successful Senior Planner will work alongside Directors, and other members of the team, but will be responsible for preparing and submitting a cross-section of planning applications, appeals and pre-application enquiries, as well as local plan representations, sometimes with limited oversight.
You will be the first point of contact for project teams, local planning authority officers and other stakeholders, playing a leading role in client/project meetings and responsible for driving development forward and helping our clients achieve their development related objectives. You will also be a face of the company, representing the business and clients at public meetings and other events.
