Responsibilities
Manage our paid media channels, including programmatic display, social, SEM, and paid appRun rigorous testing programmes to identify and optimize our most effective channelsCultivate strategic relationships with our agency, media, and technology partnersUse your data analysis skills to draw insights and make informed decisions about budget allocation, channel mix and team focus.Communicate your findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise wayLead and develop your team; help them achieve their goals Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical fieldExtensive relevant industry experienceHands-on experience managing online growth marketing channelsExcellent presentation and communication skillsStrong understanding of data analysis and testing conceptsAbility to identify methods for collecting data, perform advanced data analyses, and articulate your findingsSeasoned team leader with a proven track record of success Additional Information:

Hours: 45 per week, Hybrid working optional (3 days office, 2 days home). Salary: Competitive
