Based in the office and working with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for running a large payroll along with making sure pensions are accurate. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire monthly payroll process, ensuring the accuracy of data entry and calculation of wages via the outsourced payroll vendor. Ensure that all monthly pensions are processed correctly and that end of year submissions are correct. Reconcile all payroll information with the company's accounting systems. Respond to enquiries from staff and other stakeholders regarding payroll matters. Prepare and manage payroll reports.Technical Skills Required: Previous experience working in payroll and pensions essential. Experience working with outsourced payroll bureau.
