The candidate –

Drive continuous development in production, quality, cost, and delivery initiatives while building and maintaining relationships with hourly associates, managers, carrier partners, vendors, and various departments within the businessOversee the day–to–day production operations, ensuring on–time and accurate delivery of customer ordersEffectively engage, coach, motivate and lead the Production team for career progression and developmentMonitor communication between multiple production lines to eliminate downtimeEstablish procedures, metrics and processes to drive productivity and optimizationAnalyse and identify areas of improvement in cost savings, production, and lead timesDevelop and administer operational procedures for outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of qualityCreate, learn, and assist on strategic planning and forecasting to improve existing production issuesEstablish new procedures, metrics, and processes alongside senior managementDevelop and administer operational procedures for executing activities for outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping the highest standards of qualityCreate a positive team dynamic that encourages all employees to provide feedback and drive change within the facility, adapt to the ever–changing business, and stay focused on the customer experience To be successful in this role you will ideally be coming from a strong food manufacturing background, working closely with food to go products
