You will develop an in-depth understanding of the strategic value of your work and contribute to the strategic management of our forward-thinking charity.
We are actively seeking a visionary individual who excels in collaboration, and is dedicated to excellence, ensuring the on-going development of the right infrastructure for development and growth. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will assume a generalist role, taking charge of quality assurance accreditations, digital development, finance, communications and organisational compliance. Additionally, you will serve as an inspirational and supportive manager of your diverse, high performing team.
About you
You have experience in operational management, with the knack for getting to the heart of an issue and finding innovative solutions in collaboration with colleagues. You understand and are inspired by digital innovation within the work place.
As a generalist senior manager you possess the capability to conceive and execute system and process development plans, and support diverse, remote teams to deliver them.
You have knowledge across a number of infrastructure services including finance, HR, digital, comms, building and organisational compliance. You have an eye for detail, are self-motivated and can manage your time well.
