Senior Occupational Hygienist
Location: Home-based (occasional UK travel)
Salary: Up to GBP70,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Full Time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8am - 6pm

The Client:
Our client's Healthcare Company, a leading provider of occupational health services, seeks a Senior Occupational Hygienist to join their team and prevent workplace ill health. Their multidisciplinary team offers comprehensive occupational health solutions across various sectors.
The Role:
You will provide expert guidance on workplace health risks and conduct hygiene surveys and assessments. Collaborate with the Occupational Hygiene Director to embed occupational hygiene into OH delivery, ensuring sustainable workplace health for clients.
Duties:
Conduct occupational hygiene investigations, assessments, and surveys on chemical, physical, and biological agentsSupport occupational health colleagues in addressing workplace health risksCoach and mentor occupational hygiene team members to enhance competenciesManage occupational hygiene programs like Noise, COSHHAssist with training and information materials on occupational hygiene topicsDeputise for the Occupational Hygiene Director as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar roleProven experience in full-time occupational hygienePreferably a Chartered Member of Faculty of Occupational Hygiene or Licentiate of the Faculty of Occupational Hygiene working towards Chartered MembershipEffective under pressure with sound operational decision-making skillsExperience in the construction industry is advantageous
