Lead the development of the underwriting strategy, developing products and executing their delivery to market.Supporting the management of the portfolio's performance – conducting analysis, advising on pricing strategies and driving continuous improvement.Work closely with Analysts within the business, directing their focus to contribute to strategy delivery.Refining the underwriting appetite, identifying opportunities in the market.Visible internally – working closely with key business areas and stakeholders.Acting as a technical referral point for other members of the team & brokers alike.
