Description

The role

We are looking for a enthusiastic candidate with integrity, determination and resilience who can build trust with our members. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a small to medium size organisation managing the membership offering and income related streams. This role would suit someone looking to bring their significant experience to this interesting and challenging role.

This role sits within a small highly experienced membership team responsible for a varied workload. You will manage and develop the membership team, manage income streams, and contribute to a membership and development growth plan. You will report directly to the Head of Membership Services but also work closely with the CEO, senior management team and executive committee.

You will have experience of direct marketing and membership journeys, developing and monitoring processes, and identifying any gaps in membership products.

The role would suit a highly motivated individual with an interest in the personal injury sector, and social justice.

You

Applicants for this role should have a degree qualification, or alternatively have relevant experience of working in this field. Experience of working in the not-for-profit sector is desirable.

You must have a working knowledge of membership processes, experience of working at a senior level and be well organised and self-motivated in your work. Excellent written skills and communications skills are also essential. You will be required to demonstrate excellent diplomatic and inter-personal skills.
