Senior Marketing ExecutiveCamberley, Surrey3pm finish on Fridays – 37.5 hours a weekFlexible/Hybrid working Owen Daniels Consultancy are looking for an enthusiastic, hands on marketing professional to help us develop and deliver a marketing strategy that aids our day to day and enables our strategic direction. We provide several b2b services all centred around recruitment for the engineering and manufacturing sectors within the UK. Responsibilities Supporting the Senior Leadership Team in the creation and implementation of the group marketing plan, covering 3 sites within the UK.Planning and delivering social media activities, primarily focused on LinkedIn but also other channels.Representing the company alongside sales staff at industry and applicable events, including identification and organisation of these events.Management and creation of online and offline materials to support the sales team e.g. – brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales decks.Campaign management, managing a variety of end–to–end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. Including acquisition of data and outbound email campaigns.Utilisation of Hubspot and our CRM to track campaign success, but also to manage data.Website management and use the CMS to keep the website updated and as a tool to generate inbound activity.Research market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.Promote adherence to brand guidelines; police, format and print branded documents.Contribute to events management, internal gamification, and CSR activities within the office.Support with training the wider team to implement LinkedIn best practices, expectations of workflows and how they can utilise marketing to support their sales. Experience required Knowledge of the engineering and/or recruitment industry is useful but not essential. Proven career experience within a marketing function, ideally within a standalone role or working within small high performing teamsIdeally experienced within Hubspot or similar CRM platforms used for marketingConfident in creating a variety of content, both written and visual/graphic designExcellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
