THE JOB:You will play a pivotal role, helping the marketing agency and their customers grow. You will be responsible for:- Managing and enhancing existing client relationships.- Developing market strategies.- Leading a diverse team of talented marketing professionals.- Regularly review campaign progress, explore new growth opportunities and resolve any issues.- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through up-selling and cross-selling.- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Account Manager within an agency.- Demonstrated sales ability to grow client spending.- Proven leadership capabilities.- Great communication skills are required for presentations and building relationships.- Strong analytical mindset to use data in decision-making.
