Looking to take the step up to a Senior Negotiator position?

This is an exceptional opportunity to be a part of a growing independent estate agency brand. This office is looking to continue growth plans by adding a senior lettings negotiator to there already well-established lettings team. This office in particular is within the top three performing branches across the company and is already producing north of GBP1.5 Million a year in Lettings alone!

With a huge managed portfolio already, there is opportunity to let a wide variety of stock whether it be from current investors alongside new business. The business operates on an international level and would expect said negotiator to understand ROI's and Yield's in order to liaise with investors when it comes to negotiating offers.

Working for an independent brand gives the said candidate a great opportunity to take control of their own desk and really elevate their career. The company offer a wide range of career progression, as an example the manager in this office started with the company 7 years ago as a trainee!

The package on offer for the successful candidate is a basic salary of GBP22,000 with an achievable on target earnings in the first year of GBP70,000 (Commision up to 20%). Five day working weeks with a 1 in 3 Saturday working pattern.
