Basic GBP20– GBP22,000 DOE OTE GBP45–55,000 + car allowance and only working every other Saturday

Are you looking for a new opportunity as an EXPERIENCED LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR? My client is looking for a highly motivated and driven Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their dynamic and hard–working team. You will have Lettings Negotiator experience working within an ESTATE AGENTS.

Main responsibilities

Registering applicantsMatching and linking properties to customers needsCarrying out accompanied viewingsNegotiating and closing on businessLiaising with landlords and tenantsKeeping data base up to dateSeeking and retaining business Skills & Experience Required

Experience as a lettings negotiatorA strong track record of successful hitting targetsGood customer service and be customer focusedPositive, ambitious and enthusiasticExcellent communication skills over the phone and face to faceFull driving licence and car essential APPLY NOW TO WORK FOR A TOP PERFORMING OFFICE.
