Generating and conducting market appraisalsWinning instructionsStrong focus on generating new and repeat businessManaging a team, regular team meetings, holiday approval, reporting for payroll etcReporting to the directors on a Weekly/Monthly basisEnsuring office targets are being met and exceededClose dealsCross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management servicesEnsuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld. Experience of increasing market shareExcellent People ManagementMust be strong market share winnerAbility to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and people management experienceStrong negotiation and communication skillsDesire and success in winning new businessMotivator of peopleExcellent presentation and communication skillsFull UK Driving License requiredIndustry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essentialAmbitious, dynamic, and motivated.Strong at timekeeping and time management.
