Senior Lettings Manager in Liverpool with a generous salary GBP38,000 to GBP45,000 basic plus commission.

A very experienced lettings manager is sought to continue the growth of this very successful lettings department.

Based in Liverpool, this is a very busy and demanding office, but offering a genuine opportunity to make a big impact on the business.

Responsibilities include;

Daily morning meetings to set the days expectations in terms of individuals and how as a branch to work together to continue the high levels of service and continually expand the office presence in the area.

Hands on day to day conducting viewings, valuations and where necessary helping with property management issues.

Ensuring team satisfaction and being integral in their development in the company.

You;

Will be an experienced property professional, know and understand the legislation around lettings and have proven yourself in a similar role.

Have experience managing a busy and successful lettings team.

Confident in your ability to make things happen and lead from the front.
