Provide specialist legal advise within a Housing and ASB area, put into effect the clients policy and procedure adhering to valuesManage a full and varied caseload of legal matters, giving legal advice and support to colleagues within the client and its partnersDeliver complex specialist advise with minimum supervision, evaluate and advise on a variety of forumsRepresent the client in proceedings at Magistrates, County, High and Supreme CourtBuild and maintain professional relationships with partners, colleagues and stakeholdersAd hoc duties as required by the client including training and supervision of staff Skills and experience required:
