Konker is currently recruiting for a Senior Land Surveyor to join a multi-disciplinary practice in their Hertfordshire Office.

The business is held in high regard amongst professional property consultants, operating across a variety of disciplines, such as civil and structural engineering, transport planning, and building surveying.

Across their two offices located in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire, the team consists of over 80 people, working with reputable clients in both the public and private sector.

To be a successful candidate, you should be able to balance the workload of multiple projects, as well as have confidence in communicating in a team environment and presenting your ideas to clients. Having good attention to detail and being familiar with modern surveying equipment and software is also important. Candidates must have a clean driving licence and ideally hold a surveying qualification or be working towards one.

The Position: Senior Land Surveyor

Measured building surveys, topographical surveys, boundary surveys, and river surveys Utilising modern building surveying technology and equipment (CAD, 3D laser scanning, underground utility detection and mapping) Manage and work with clients and other staff Ensure project quality and produce deliverables Train staff and enhance the company image This position offers a competitive salary, which is from GBP32,000 to GBP40,000 depending on experience, as well as flexible working hours and arrangements including the opportunity to work from home.
