Main Responsibilities:
This is a senior role working with Brokers, Account Managers, Claims and you Technical Processing colleagues to deliver excellent client service.Good experience in processing delegated authorities and associated reinsurancesWorking on complex accounts with brokers and external clientsReconcile accounts, process and debit premiums and handle closings.Maintain up–to–date and orderly files.Liaise with the internal accounts team including Brokers / Sales and other Fulfilment colleagues.Utilise in–house, Lloyd's and Company market systems including Global XB, CLASS, LORS computer systems.Manage and undertake assigned project work to time scales as directed.Monitor and report on credit control.Helping develop junior colleagues, improving their technical capabilities andHelp improve the overall organisational design, working with and learning about other Fulfilment colleagues' roles, to better enhance the Client experience.
