Senior Income Officer37.5 hours per weekPermanentGBP31,000 per annumCheadle office or Hybrid workingJob purposeTo lead in the management of a high quality, efficient and effectiveincome recording, billing and collection service for the business.Key responsibilities To lead and manage a small team of staff, the billing team, to achieveoutstanding results To ensure all income for services delivered, is billed and collected inline with contractual and service delivery agreements To ensure that all cash received is correctly allocated againstoutstanding debt To plan and co–ordinate the workload of the team To lead in the use, maintenance and development of the billing andaccounting record system including provision of support to the widerteam To oversee, develop and standardise credit control and recoveryprocedures To engage with new billing processes introduced by local authoritiesand other funders and to train colleagues in confidently using these To play a significant role in the transformation of business processesassociated with the Commission to Cash income billing and collectionprocess To develop new ways of working and embrace continual businesstransformation and improvement To liaise with Commissioners representatives and other customers toresolve debt collection issues To produce reports and data for Senior members of the teamIf you'd be interested in this position and possess an AAT level 3 or higher qualification, apply today and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss.Time Recruitment Solutions Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
