An exciting opportunity for an experience HR Business Partner with experience of working within a professional white–collar organisation. The client, a financial services company are looking to hire on a permanent basis a strong HR generalist for this highly professional client base of approximately 200 people located in Central London.
The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering HR support into the corporate function. Responsibilities will include driving high performance, leadership support, employee relations, remuneration, development. As well as managing projects and deliver outcomes for the company. Partnering an IT function would also be an advantage.
You will be comfortable in coaching, advising, and giving clear direction to people managers on the application of employment law. Acting as a trusted colleague to all senior leadership stakeholders.
You will have experience of building and implementing people strategies to drive business areas, employee performance whilst also building engagement.
Partner with leadership through cyclical people processes such as reward, learning, business planning, performance development planning and talent identification.
Importantly the ideal candidate will have worked within an organisational change environment.
