Able to work across a variety of business areas and leaders, enabling success in the function through its peopleScope and lead senior organisational design projectsManage complex ER cases providing measured advice and supportSupport and actively participate in the development and delivery of the People Plan that is focused on attracting and retaining great talent and being fit for the future in an ever-evolving environmentAn excellent understanding of the organisation, strategy and customers in order to understand the people challenges faced across the businessCapable of being both strategic and operational, able to create and deliver people solutions and structure from scratch where neededCommercially savvy, aligning people to solutions to the strategic business plan, whilst being able to deliver tactical people initiatives to drive performanceInnate ability to prioritise, able to manage conflicting priorities, able to step out of the detail and plan for the futureAbility to build strong stakeholder management skills to build excellent relationships, and influence through these relationships, and challenge where neededBuild strong working partnerships with other People team members to co-ordinate aligned and innovative solutions consistently, based on commercial and strategic insightHave experience and operational understanding of org design and developmentBe a key part of delivering our clients reward strategy, understanding principles of job levelling and evaluation is important and a key part of this roleOwning the delivery of the engagement strategy across the functional areasDrive our clients culture and values with stakeholders and make these a part of everything you do Support and coach leaders on best people practice, manage complex ER cases, providing sound advice around employment legislation, and able to interpret it to meet the Experience in driving significant business and HR transformation agendas About the person
CIPD qualified essentialExperience in Business Partnering at a senior/Board leadership levelExperience in a retail environmentHigh levels of personal integrity and working standardsWill naturally take ownership and hold self accountableWhats on offer
Salary of c 70,000 - 75,000 plus performance related bonus and company benefits
