Description

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be working exclusively with a leading North East business with the appointment of a Senior HR Business Partner.

This is a newly created and permanent role and hybrid working is offered. Reporting to the HR Director this role will be key in the delivery of front line support to employees in areas of policies, procedures and the development of standard work for managers. The role will also play a lead role in leading process improvement projects, streamlining ways of working to ensure maximum efficiency and driving projects related to excellent HR service delivery.

Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner include:

Provide HR expertise and develop solutions to enable the business / functional area to deliver strategic goals and objectives. Provide expert guidance on people practices to include; Talent Acquisition Performance Management Talent Development Employee Relations Compensation and Benefits Diversity & Inclusion Health and Wellbeing Employee Engagement and internal comms Training and development Partnering and supporting stakeholders across the business with people related projects / challenges Coaching and mentoring within respective business units and providing feedback to key stakeholders Support with complex ER issues Manage and influence a range of stakeholders with different styles and expectations to ensure they are aligned on business priorities Line manage and support the HR team through personal and professional development, coaching, 121s We're keen to speak with experienced HR Business Partners / HR Managers who have operated within manufacturing, engineering or logistics previously. You'll be a confident communicator with a passion for people, driving activities and strategic projects and team / business improvements that will drive engagement and development across the business. You'll have ideally managed before and will hold an HR degree or CIPD qualification. Resilience, determination, experience of managing change and transformation will be key to this role.
