This role works in partnership with all areas of the business to provide coaching and supporting all staff members will enable the business to effectively deliver on their people.

Main responsibilities of this position include:
• Support the management team to ensure the best HR solutions are delivered• Influence, coach and guide through a variety of employment law and employee relations• Support the business with planned people related matters including internal upskilling and competency sessions• Coach and train on HR policies and procedures for compliance across the business• Ensure the organisations remains up to date with employment legislation and best practice
The successful candidate attributes will include:
• Experience to HR Advisor level ideally within the Property and Construction industry• Strong knowledge on Employee relations• Ability to proactively coach and support management of all levels for all HR related matters• High degree of organisation and someone who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment
