We are recruiting a Senior HR Advisor for our multi–site UK client based in Pontypool, who will be an integral part of our human resources department. This role requires an individual who can handle both operational day to day HR and add value to strategic HR projects.

Our client is a recognised leader in the industrial and manufacturing sector based in Pontypool. With a team of over 150 employees based on site you will be the leading HR Advisor for the business and act as a trusted business partner to the site Managing Director. Occassional travel to other UK sites will be required for your regional responsibilities.
Description
Combination of daily operational HR advisory responsibilities and involvement in strategic projects/process improvement initiatives for the entire organisational group.
Deliver HR services to the organisation
Cultivate robust relationships to offer business–risk–assessed advice that aligns with the company culture.
Serve as a trusted business partner to the Managing Director at the site.
Play a role in business decision–making
Project–manage change management initiatives and process improvement projects
Re–write, develop and implement new HR policies and procedures
Analyse data, generate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contribute to business cases.

Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
A degree in Human Resources or a CIPD qualification Experience in a HR Advisor or Business Partner role Excellent understanding of UK employment lawsProficiency in HR management systemsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills Job Offer
