As a Senior HR Advisor you will play a crucial role supporting the HR Manager who is looking to develop you whilst ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions including:

HR Policy & Procedures - Advise, coach and support employees, managers and union representatives on employment law, company policies and procedures, IE termination processEmployee Life Cycle- Assisting with recruitment, selection and onboarding whilst liaising with the payroll & HR team to ensure the smooth process of payments, data and reportsLearning & Development - Identifying training needs and overseeing annual training for employees and line managers to promote personal development and company knowledgeEmployee Relations -Providing guidance and support for all people-related issues such as absence management, health & well-being, disciplinaries and grievance We are looking for someone who has:-

Broad HR Generalist ExperienceExperience in Employee Relations, also ideally exposure to unions.Minimum of 1-2 years experience within HR Benefits include:
