Our client is seeking a talented individual for the role of Senior HR Advisor, offering a 9-month contract with potential for extension. As part of their team, you'll be instrumental in advancing their HR function while supporting the Head of People & Organisational Development (POD). The role will encompass a hybrid work structure, combining remote work with office-based activities primarily at their Colwyn Bay HQ.
Role Overview:
Initially focusing on maintaining efficient HR operations, this role will progressively shift towards driving pivotal change and optimisation within their HR function. You will play a crucial role in aligning HR services with their strategic POD plan, implementing delivery strategies, and establishing solid HR foundations. Responsibilities include providing expert HR advice, overseeing operational services, and collaborating as a strategic partner with senior management.
