An established organisation based in Southampton, Hampshire is currently seeking a HR Business Partner in an exciting opportunity to join the department on a permanent basis in a progressive role.

Reporting to the HR Director in a small team the role will have exposure to all aspects of HR and be pivotal in delivering the people strategy providing advice and support to management teams across the business.
